What MediaReady does

MediaReady is a team-maintained set of online tools for preparing videos, images, and audio for everyday sharing. The product focuses on practical file workflows: compression, resizing, format conversion, transcript exports, and evidence-based media metadata checks.

How we build the tools

MediaReady uses established media-processing software such as FFmpeg for video and audio workflows and libvips for image processing. We keep the interface simple and validate limits on the backend so upload guidance is more than cosmetic.

Trust and privacy

Files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after 24 hours. MediaReady does not require an account for the public tools, and uploaded media is treated as private workflow data rather than public indexable content.
